Welcome!
A while back I wrote a Ghostbusters 3 spec/fan fiction screenplay. And while the ‘story is so good it’s spooky‘ it turns out the biggest challenge was not in writing it … but in getting it read by the powers that be. This site is the story of my journey.... -MORE?-

Boyan Having read your script and witnessed first-hand the quality of your writing -- I can empathize how frustrating this whole experience must be. A small anecdote. As you know I'm a screenwriter. A few weeks ago one of the projects I've been putting my heart and soul into imploded, and my wife said this must be terribly frustrating to have wasted all this time. But I realized that as a screenwriter NONE of it is a waste of time, as every hour you spend on your craft brings you closer to that ultimate goal. We can never measure our success by a single project. All of them are just stepping stones. So write on!! arne

Boyan, you are a GREAT writer! I enjoyed the story about meeting DA, but I enjoyed reading the screenplay more. Keep writing!

I love your mygb3.com. site Normally I'd delete stuff like this without reading it but because it's your's and I love you and Andrea I was interested. And I love your writing style. So honest and fun. Too bad Dan doesn't know the great person that you are and he didn't script. I think the world is a big place and you never know what could happen. When I have more time I'll read more. Keep me on the list, please. Love Andrea

Break a leg Boyan! Love the story of Dan/Dr No. It's a hard business but that first YES feels so validating...but then you realize you have to go through it all again. It will come to pass. Anyone who can get a room full of grown adults to play Ghostbusters is Kick A** in my books!!

Boyan, what a totally forward thinking idea - employing the web, the GB community, and your peers to apply gentle pressure to "the powers that be" to read your excellent screen play. Maybe we should start an online petition or something? Keep the faith and word of your great story will spread virally. Remember - fall seven times, stand up eight. -- G.

This is such a great idea Boyan! Your screenplay rocks. I consider it a privalege that I have a copy. You are by far the funniest guy I know so it's no surprise that you are wicked at writing comedy. I look forward to the day when you are famous and I can say, "I know him you know. He's a good friend of mine". As always, I wish you all the very best. Your time will come and when it does, it will be big!

Boyan, best of luck in your quest. It's awesome that you are not giving up. I am pulling for you to be able to get in front of the right people - and am reaching out to my own contacts to see if we can make some magic happen. When you are a famous screenwriter, you can pay me back my giving me a part! Cheers, Maria
