It confirms what I’ve read elsewhere – that Ghostbusters 3 is still in an early stage of development and that a first draft still needs to be approved by the powers that be.

In the misery loves company department, I’m strangely pleased to announce that JJ Abrams and I share yet one more thing in common (besides myopia): both of us have recently had their twitter accounts suspended for reasons unknown. Go ahead, check out http://twitter.com/jj_abrams for yourself, it’s looking positively owly:
Here I thought it was just us little people who felt Twitter’s birdacious wrath – I guessed wrong.
I’m Lost as to why someone with so much Felicity should have experienced such a social Armageddon, especially since JJ has been on such a veritable Star Trek of successes. Perhaps the Twitter minders had Gone Fishin’ or were otherwise detained by some unsavoury task or Mission Impossible, for surely they are aware of JJ’s history, limitless talent and mutant ability to remain Forever Young? Perhaps JJ will need a new Alias on Twitter? A new name to renew the Joy Ride through this Cloverfield we call social networking.
JJ. Mr. Abrams. sir. Should you go into twitter withdrawal, take it from me another suspensionee, there are other ways to get the effect of twitter sans twitter. Here’s what I did recently (see last post):
Now that I am thoroughly addicted to the act of twittering, I will, starting tomorrow at 8am begin throwing random ‘tweets’ from my office window. Should any passer by happen to pick up a paper tweet – feel free to pass it along (retweet it). If you have good aim and the winds on you side, you may also be able to thow me a tweet (paper only, brick tweets suck).
Alternatively, you could always just sign up for another free account – forever uncertain why you were suspended in the first place.
It took me 5 days to figure out this second alternative. Hopefully I just saved you some time that you can parlay back into more greatness.
